All services and products provided through LuxEftelyaGroup.com are digital. Once payment is confirmed, access to the purchased service or digital content is automatically granted to the customer.

2. Right of Withdrawal and Refund

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, once the delivery of digital content has started with the consumer’s prior consent, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 1 month (30 days) from the date of purchase.

By completing your order on our website, you acknowledge this return option and agree that no refunds will be issued after the 1-month period has expired.
